Hotel O The Grand Palace - Ghaziabad

Location of the hotel was convenient for the travelers. the hotel room was spacious and provided beautiful views of the surroundings. the bathroom was clean and tidy. the hotel provided a few basic amenities such as toiletries.

The staff was very unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi access. This hotel's location was amazing, as it was situated near various tourist attractions and several dining places.

I must say that there were a few negative aspects that were disappointing, such as unpleasant odors in the room and towels and the low-quality soap provided. the cleaning seemed to be inadequate as well.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient, as we were able to easily access local attractions and restaurants. we appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to assist us.

The towels had a strange odor and we were provided with low-quality soap. The staff seemed to be more interested in receiving a tip rather than providing a satisfactory service.
